The Archive is kept in the Library in one of the offices that has been converted as such. Some statements are in digital format, others written, and yet others will be recorded on audio tape. Regardless, they are classified as such:

Person - Type - Chronology
ex. Jonathan Sims - flood experience - number of statements given = JSFB001
Types of statements include:

• HW - regarding one's home world
  
• SB - standard Barge reality
  
• BB - breach Barge reality
  
• FB - flood Barge reality
  
• PE - experiences in port
  
• TE - transcribed entries
  
• BD - barge data and scholarship
  
• MS - miscellaneous

Given that there are no set dates/times on the Barge, exactly, they will be counted in general order of when they were given with as many details provided as to the specifics of chronology as possible.
